- Obligations of the User
By accepting these Rules, the User undertakes to fully follow these rules when working with the site.

1.6. Do not use the Site to distribute promotional materials, in particular, do not post, under the guise of vacancies or resumes, offers to register on third-party sites, announcements about job or personnel selection services, partnerships and cooperation.
1.7. Do not publish insults, obscene statements and other materials that harm the Company or third parties.
1.8. Do not post information that calls for the recognition of illegal administrative-territorial entities in the EU, containing the names, symbols, propaganda of separatist or terrorist organizations.
1.9. Do not post information on the site that is related to the collection and storage of personal data about other users.
1.10 .The User agrees that they are fully responsible for the information posted by them on the Site, including for its compliance with the requirements of the law, copyright compliance, authorized use of company names, use of logos, signs for goods and services (trademarks), and also for observance of the rights of third parties in connection with the placement of information on the Site. In case of claims from third parties related to the information posted by the User, the User undertakes to settle such claims independently and at their own expense.

3.3. to edit or delete materials published by the User on the Site, if they do not comply with the terms of these Rules, harm NaviGenius LTD or third parties, and at their own discretion without giving reasons.
3.4. to use for its own purposes materials published by the User on the Site and in the public domain, in particular, for posting materials on partner sites.
3.5. to make changes to these Rules unilaterally. The User is considered to be informed of the changes from the moment the modified version is published on the Site.
